    unique experience
    scruffy street
    missing bath

cozy self-catering suite, spacious interior, quirky décor

The street leading to the hotel looking scruffy really detracts from the overall experience!!! A bath would have been a welcome addition instead of just enjoying a decent shower!!!

    confusing location

The hosts provided exceptional hospitality and were very informative about local attractions.

Finding the hotel was a challenge due to the confusing one-way street layout.

    friendly owners
    delicious breakfast
    slow shower

Had a blast with my friends at this quirky place. Super close to shops and attractions like the station and theatre. The parking was a big plus! The owners were friendly and had all the info we needed. The room was cozy and well-kept, and breakfast was delicious. I can't wait to go back!

The only hiccup was the shower being a bit slow, but it was still functional.

    Families will love this place!

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home, especially when they told us all about the local chip shops. The attention to detail in the Three-Bedroom Cottage was amazing with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the kids loved the cozy setup!

It wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

    minor inconvenience

The Windmill boasts lovely decor, with unique art pieces and cozy areas that made it easy to enjoy our stay. It was wonderfully accessible, allowing me to move around without any difficulties, which I truly appreciated.

A more powerful shower would enhance the experience.

    lack of playground

We enjoyed our stay at this unique place! The two-bedroom cottage was well equipped, and the owners were incredibly friendly. We loved being so close to the beach and just a short walk from the station and theatre, with free limited parking available.

My kids wished for a playground nearby.

    chilly bathroom

I had a lovely stay with my partner where the room was super cozy, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. I really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor seating area and taking a dip in the hot tub. Just a heads up, the bathroom was a bit chilly, but don’t let that stop you from visiting! 😊
